-Identification of potential Clients and market visits to promote the company profile
-Tender proposal preparations and communication with potential Clients (recommendations, quotations and delivery scheduling)
-Issuing LPOs to the respective international suppliers according to agreements with the Clients
-Ensure quality service to Clients by monitoring delivery of products and onsite installation (make sure that suppliers shipped/ couriered accurate items as per our LPO to Doha, monitor and manage logistical support to deliver items from the warehouses to the site for installation, installation supervision & troubleshooting when necessary)
-Daily reports to my direct manager about progress on site
