- Preparing early warning reports for M.E.P. Department manpower shortage,
- Preparing Cost reports for MEP(Including Bidding New projects),
- Preparing Cost Forecast reports for Upcoming MEP projects,
- Analyze Quotations from different Subcontractors and prepare Bidding Comparison Sheets for different projects,
- Technical Support for over 18 Sites,
- accompanying M.E.P. Director in site visits and provide technical and analytical advice,
- Provide technical advice to Bidding Team before submitting the Bid in order to obtain the risk and opportunities in it,
- Preparing progress reports for several projects,
- Monitoring progress of projects and alert project team when progress is failing,
- Identify progress failing reasons and present it to project team,
- prepare emergency plans to catch up the required progress rate,
Site Engineer Then Lead Site Engineer for 3 Projects, with following duties:
-Preparing Shop DWG. Out of Tender DWG. .
-Material Submittal Preparing.
-Quantity surveyor for all Mechanical Systems

-Material control(Quantities-Order list-Supplier follow up)
-Managing Manpower at site
-Complete knowledge of : Fire Fighting systems (Sprinkler, NOVEC Systems), HVAC systems, Water supply, Drainage systems, Lab services lines (Compressed air, vacuum air and hot, cold water), Lab. Acid waste and Generator Installation
-Following up inspections and testing & commissioning with Consultant
-Closing Projects by following up snag-lists and As-built DWG’s and O&M manuals for several projects
-Finalizing Final Hand Over with Consultant and End-users.
