Profile Summary as Organizational Development Consultant/ Manager
• Reports to Strategy & OD Director and is currently leading the organizational development function in Dar Al Riyadh which overarches the following roles and responsibilities:
• Facilitate the development of HR strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy, and lead the execution through the strategy workshops & planning and performance management system.
• Lead organizational design and restructuring projects that include different elements such as organizational restructuring, job analysis, job evaluation, and redefining the grading structure, etc.
• Lead the employee engagement and recognition function which focuses on improving employee experience and wellbeing.
• Lead the enterprise change management function and is responsible for developing and implementing successful change management plans for key transformation programs.
• Lead the HR Digital Transformation Program that aims at enhancing the e-HR services, employee experience, talent development systems, and internal communication systems.
• Reinforce cultural transformation programs such as the high-performance culture program, Dar Al Riyadh’s core values reinforcement program, and other programs using the best of the change management practices.
• Provide consultation to Learning & Development function on assessing, developing, and implementing policies, systems, and programs that address, including but not limited to, competency profiling, learning & development framework, high potential development program, etc.
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate some of the strategically important training programs such as onboarding e-learning programs and training for key clients.
• Provide process consultation to talent acquisition team on workforce planning, process automation, and job worthiness.
• Provide consultation and sometimes lead the nomination and application for the international awards like Great Place to Work, ATDs Best Award, RPI Best Practices, and several other international awards.
• Above all, provide wings to team members and help them become better professionals and leaders.

• Worked on designing, developing and implementing several OD initiatives such as organizational restructuring, Job Analysis and job description development, workforce planning and manpower optimization.
• Leading Performance Management and ‘Pay for Performance’ functions.
• Worked as a project manager for implementation of SuccessFactors several modules.
• Worked as a team member in developing competency management framework.
• Lead several process documentation and improvements initiatives using DMAIC and BPM lifecycle methodology for processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee service processes etc.

• Preparing change management plans and communication material based on PROSCI methodology for better implementation of the initiatives.

• Liaising with developers / Application Manager and business for implementing the enhancement or developing new features meeting project constraints.
• Preparing the Test plan along with development team to test the enhanced/new features before release and plan drive UATs for key stakeholders.
• Developing a complete organization change Management Plan including communication, training and coaching plans for smooth rollout of the new features.
• Identify, discover, analyze and design the process in the organization. Perform process improvement on request by business heads.
• Preparing training videos and presentation using high end presentation and video making tools like Prezi, VedioScribe, Camtasia and Go Animate.
• Designing front end using HTML and CSS, writing tax validation and tax capturing codes, writing methods in java implementing the test cases steps of Cucumber.
• Involved in document the Test Plan and defining the strategy for Testing and defining Test scenarios, writing test positive and negative test cases
• Developed the Tax capturing and Tax Validation codes
•Worked on BOD, one of the Google’s internal tools to raise, Track and fix bugs
•Moderated the edits made by users on the Mapmaker analyze the quality of the edit and approve or reject the edit on basis of set standards and specifications
