Duties and Responsibilities:
•Daily tool box meeting for 180 labours for life saving rules & site work progress
•Pre-arranging required equipments, civil material and sub contractor working
schedule.
•Preparation of weekly reports and reporting to HO Muscat
•Managing people, equipments for incoming material from Muscat 700 km to site without delay to site work.
•Getting the permit from PDO before commencing of work, before excavation
H2S gas testing is to carried out by PDO.
•Barricating the site to cover equipments and construction material.
•Prepare BBS for structure element.
•Ensure that all works going without wastage of material.
•Ensure Quality of building material concrete by conducting test ..etc
•Conversant with Architectural and Structure drawings.
•Minutes of meeting with MEP team to sort out site issue for smooth flow of work
•After completion of every Civil activity, inspected by Qa/QC Engineer
•Handingover the building, completing the punch list work.
•Take all responsibilities at the site
Extension of bajha mosque at (PDO area)
•Setting out and excavation work
•Providing line out & levels for columns and footings from existing BM
•Carrying out Compaction test after backfilling, anti termite treatment, polythene
sheet bitumen paint to sub structure
•Casting of concrete cube as per BS rule, sending cube samples to labortary
•Checking & supervision of Shuttering, reinforcement work for columns beams
•& slab, interior works fixing of doors, windows, plastering, flooring, painting
waterproofing &screeding of roof slab
•Modification of existing slab cutting, chiseling the existing slab for extension
•Providing new LV cable to electrical room without disturing underground services
•Mainting slab level &floor level to match existing levels
