1) Projects team organization and follow-up of the project's time schedule, budget, manpower allocation, equipment, and assets.

2) Assign the best candidates in the organization to do the works and reach the best levels of quality and timesaving.

3) Quality assurance follow-up with the quality team, and to provide the project team with the proper instructions of quality.

4) Follow up the procurement department for the materials submittal after finalizing the list of materials required for the project and make the required comparison sheets to insure the budget needs. Than to plan the materials delivery and not to delay the works at site.

5) Estimation team support, and discussion negotiation with the clients.

6) Make a clear scope for our subcontractors who are specialized in some of the activities related to our works, to do the works at a high level of quality, and provide them with the required time schedule to follow.

7) Professional and friendly coordination to the satisfaction of our client and consultant within the contract agreement.

a) Following up with the concerned project manager by making sure that the team is checking the contract before and after signature, and making sure to follow the specified scope in the best time and cost after making the proper work plan, and the value engineering while preparing the shop drawing, and assuring getting the drawings approved from the consultant to proceed.

b) Following with the site staff for the materials submittal and especially the Long Lead Items to make sure providing the site with the required materials on time to make sure handing over the project on time.

c) Coordinating between site and head office for the major requirements follow up, such as the follow up with the procurement department, accounting and the HR department.

d) Visiting the company clients to discuss the ongoing projects and the under bedding projects.

e) Following up and supporting the estimation department.

f) Following with the site team for the monthly invoices issuance and the variation orders approval and invoicing.

g) Following up with company clients for the payments.

a) Shop drawings design and submission to get the approval.
b) Making and design, and coordinating the Electromechanical External Networks, including Sewer
Network leveling, Potable Water Network, Non-Potable Network, Irrigation Network, MV network, LV Network, Low Current Network, and all coordinated with the Landscaping, Hardscaping, and Area Grading, Plans & Detailed Sections.
b) Materials submittal and follow up to get the approval.
c) Materials order and store stock control.
d) Making sure the work begins in the proper way and the required quality, to proceed with the works.
e) Following the works, and make the required coordination with the all trades (Arch, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical).
f) Following up the consultant inspections.
g) Attending the coordination and progress meetings.
h) Arranging the Mechanical and Electrical O&M manual.
