Leading a team of technicians for successful execution of hvac system maintenance contract activities.
Ensuring that planned preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the schedule.
Coordinating and carrying out scheduled maintenance and condition based maintenance.
Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults.
Responds in a prompt and efficient manner to all the reactive issues and help desk requests.
Troubleshoot and maintain all kinds of mechanical equipments such as Chillers, AHUs, Package units, Pumps, Air compressors, Heat exchangers, Exhaust chambers, Cold rooms etc.
Delivering technical assistance/Support to various work teams in order to increase the skills and capabilities of team members.

Get all IFC drawings, project Specifications, project plan chart etc from project manager.
Ensure shop drawings for all the disciplines are approved from consultant.
Ensure all the materials are available and approved from consultant and QC.
Planning and ensuring mechanical and electrical installations as per approved shop drawing and material approvals.
Ensure the availability of sufficient manpower such as Supervisors, Foreman, Duct fitters, Pipe fitters, Electricians, Assistants and technicians etc.
Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, electric supply ladder, scaffolding and all other materials are available for the installation.
Co-ordinating among all disciplines and ensuring site clearance from civil engineer for satisfactory completion of work.
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification.
Carrying out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by the technicians, service partners and to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule.
Get daily progress report from site supervisor/Foreman and update it to project engineer.
Ensure site documentation is kept up to date.
