-PACS - Picture Archiving Communication System & RIS - Radiology Information System.
-Advanced 3D post processing application for CT & MR Reconstructions.
-Other Medical Informatics application like Mobility solutions and medical patient portals. And Technical integration (DICOM & HL-7 methodologies).
-VNA - Vendor Natural Archive solutions which could integrate all departments in any health care facility under one platform and single interface for all medical outputs.
MI business unit management activities including the following :
-Technical Support & after sales services (Client & Sales Team).
-Staff & management including orientation, planning, support & motivations, double visits and deals closing when needed or on regular and planed approach.
-Project Planning, Implementation, monitoring & closure with all required documentations and registers along with lessons learned and closure documents.
-Application Training for Customers & staff.
-Projects quoting, RFP Analysis, proposal submission and follow-up.
-Government/MOH tendering process, starting from RFP analysis and then contacting the OEM to get required specs prices and then to build the technical architecture and BOQ accordingly and finally preparing and filing all tender documents as per ministry/client requirements.
-Business unit sales approaches, targets, appraisal forms, -Special projects to achieve unit target.
Working with remote supplier as well as ongoing support of the customer including:
-Software supplier hardware specifications review and acquisition.
-Overlook hardware set up and facilitate transition to Software supplier
-Work with supplier during onsite installation and system configuration as well as testing
-Lead the first line of customer calls, issuing a ticket in supplier system and document step by step trouble shooting procedure for future resolution.
