Prepare detailed estimates for different projects but not limited to multi-billion-dollar oil and gas projects.
• Develop and verify MTOs, equipment and bulk quantities against P&IDs and drawings.
• Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined scope of work.
• Interact with multiple organizations to review, discuss project scope, and estimate basis and consult on company
estimating methods/procedures.
• Engineer and coordinate with teammates on company estimating methods and preparation directions.
• Collaborate with engineers to determine machining operations, tools, gauges, and materials required for the job.
• Follow the Estimating life‐cycle in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
• Developed cost models using activity based and other costing methods to ensure accurate cost estimates.

and developing the proposals packages.
• Understanding the RFQ scope of work, specifications, and requirements.
• Ensuring the proposals integrity in terms of Schedule, Budgets, Scope, and Specifications Compliance.
• Communicating lesson learnt ideas for improving company processes and enhancing estimation team practice.
• Prepare substantial completion status and ensure all received tenders are responded.
• Performing the technical clarification with the clients.
• Measuring, managing and controlling performance, risks and opportunities.
• Providing material procurement and manufacturing support consultancy.
• Maintain client’s relationship.
• Arrange weekly progress status meetings and review status reports to monitor and control the scheduled activities.

Title: Mechanical Engineer working on (BI-10-01516) Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with Consultant and be the contact point with the owner by attending meetings discuss work
progress.
• Supervise and control the activities of Fire Fighting subcontractor (Construction, Commissioning) to ensure
compliance with project safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Work closely with HVAC, Plumbing Superintendent preparing construction/manpower schedules and work
progress, and solving upcoming site issues.
• Contact Mechanical Equipments Vendors to schedule equipment commissioning, coordinate documents and
reports submission, and follow up of defected parts and warranty cases.
• Arranging schedules for work progress and work percentages for all HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and
water supply activities.
• Estimation work for Mechanical activities to arrange the breakdown, budget, send RFQ, follow up with suppliers, and take off for the quantities

Attend site in Professional manner at all time.
 Ensure weekly time sheet and expenses are submitted in a timely manner.
 Undertake site installations, startup and handover activities.
 Ensure that all tests and inspections are conducted in accordance with plan and specifications.
 Worked well under Pressure and endure long hours with excellent leadership.
 Review Technical Drawings.
 Coordinate work with other disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical.
 Recommended strategies, processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in all operations.

Supplemental Instructor1/2015-5/ 2015
 Successfully complete mandatory two day SI Leader orientation and training.
 Attend all lectures for Solidworks and NX class, take notes, and review through all homework assigned.
 Conduct three separate one hour SI sessions per week utilizing the collaborative learning techniques and study
group activities practiced during SI training.
 Plan and facilitate two weekly SI sessions, which are open to all students enrolled in the supported course.
 Model appropriate professional attitudes and behaviors to staff, students, and others.
 Maintain regular working hours.
 Maintain attendance records for each session.
 Communicate frequently with faculty member(s) and SI supervisor.
 Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
