In the process of completing riyad bank graduate program that consist of three phases: 1- 3 month program in the Institute of Banking, Riyadh . 2- On job rotation in the Treasury, Corporate, and Risk Departments.
3-Working in a specific department
1. Assessment of Real Estate Development Opportunities and develop recommendation based on specializes consultants’ reports. \n2. Examine area of improvement and potential implementation of modern best practices. \n3. Develop financial models that will be used to compare the different investment opportunities present based on tools such as IRR and NPV. \n4. Review the client’s current investment portfolio and highlight areas of concern or opportunities through SWAT analysis and similar tools. \n5. Develop outlines and recommendations to produce bankable proposals for the client to present and attain loans based on the project’s financial performance.
