General review the submitted designs from all region regarding a specific UNOPS standard.
 Providing analysis and reporting as required, Research and information/data collection.
 Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines and instructions set out by the practice and organization.
 Assist with monitoring and reporting of performance.
 Maintenance, update and support of all relevant guidance and documentation.
 Responsible for meeting and setting goals, targets and performance standards, set out by supervisor.
 Support a variety of tasks, work packages and projects as outlined and assigned in the annual work plan for the Conformance Work stream.

DURING THIS PROJECT, I AM RESPONSIBLE ON SUPERVISION OF THE FOLLOWING WORKS:
• Demolition and removal the accumulated debris with accurate safety plan.
• All sub Ground work include(Excavation, Footing, Basement wall, Ground Beam)work
• All Concrete works in (Basement, Ground and Mezzanine) Floor with special height.
• All works in Minaret with 45 m above ground level and Domes.
• Finishing works (Masonry, Plastering, Tiling, Marble, Painting, Gypsum Works etc.)
• Provide accurate report include daily, weekly, monthly as per Q-GRC team leader.
• Insure safety precautions.
• Perform any other duties such as; Planning, Implementing, Coordination, Supervising,
Checking, and Developing Relationship.
• Check construction work include formwork, shuttering and Surveying works special
in high height.
• Responsible for reviewing and updating project work plan.
• Ensures adherence to drawings, specifications and materials, and exercises quality
control.
• Review interim and final payment due to the contractor.
• Ensure the verification of the dual use material quantities.

During this PROJECT, I AM RESPONSIBLE ON SUPERVISION OF THE FOLLOWING WORKS:
• Finishing works (Masonry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting, Gypsum Works etc.)
• Implement Operation Room with all requirement and necessaries (PVC Antibacterial
Leather flooring and walls, etc.)
• Outdoor /Indoor Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System with all connections
wherever necessary and install split unit and air curtain.
• Install Autoclave Machine with steam break manhole.
• Install diesel fired tube hot water Boiler (90/70°C) include blow down separator,
Economizer, supports, main chimney, steel fuel tank and all needed pumps.
• Implement storm water system with grill and reinforcement concrete Manhole with
all needed submersible pumps.
• Install Fire-fighting, Booster and lifting pumps with all connections wherever
necessary and Sodium hypochlorite dosing system.
• Install complete medical air system and install Bed Head Unit include (Oxygen,
Nitrous, and Vacuum) with all connections.
• Install surgical control panel for operation room, rak for internet network and
isolated power supply system Bender (IPSS).

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Time and Budget Management & Safety Requirement.

• Project planning, scheduling, implementation, monitoring and controlling.
• Write report and provide technical support
• Coordinate implementation of the project with Stakeholders.
• Time Management.
• Proposal Writing.
• Overseeing the activity in the project.
• Maintain control over project budget and expenditure to ensure the effective and appropriate utilization of the fund.
