Ensure that the work done is as per project specification, method
• statement and as per approved shop drawings. Also, to ensure that
• all Approved and inspected materials are used.
• Co-ordinate and determine all the standards to perform
• inspection and tests on all procedures and oversize all testing
• methods and meant to nation high standards of quality for all
• processes.

Co-ordinate and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
Co-ordinate and supervise of technical aspects of construction processes of the road, such as solving technical issues, providing advice related of earthwork, material, layers of road, base- course, sub-base layer, medium curing (MC) and asphalt layer.
Make internal inspection and after verifying the work done, raise inspection for consultant inspection.
Preparation shop drawings & As-built drawing.
Organize and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare
monthly reports to evaluate performance.
Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with the project team
to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate
performance.
Attend monthly Project Review Meetings (PRM) and alert the project team of any potential
problems and preparing reports.
