Started the Hyderabad branch of Limetray in May 2015 singlehandedly and managed all the business activities for the same including marketing, sales and operational activities of the branch.
Managing a team of 6 and leading the overall management of the branch.
Did B2B sales as part of the profile and managed end-to-end client relationship activities like pitching, negotiating, contracting, and billing/invoicing
Also performed Pre-Sales and after-sales Support to the prospective clients as well as the clients onboard.
Trained other employees of LimeTray in B2B sales and the overall process
Role:
•Carried out all the operational functions in the factory right from procuring the tree logs to sending it out to the customer in required shapes.
•Providing quotations, and billing of all the products
•Product Delivery and Customer Service
Worked on Mainframe Technology and provided Production Support for an onsite client to the company
Core Finance Committee Member for the Batch 2013-2015, SDMIMD. Headed the Hospitality branch of the organizing committee for International Conference on Emerging Trends in Finance & Accounting held at Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development, Mysore on August 9 – 10, 2013. Part of the organizing team for the fest ABHIGYAAN ’14 in SDMIMD.
