زيارات ميدانية للمطاعم للوقوف على مدى نظافتها وتوافقها مع معايير الامن والسلامة الغذائية

• Sets objectives for the Restaurant and reviews it with my team periodically..
• Controls day-to-day operations by setting sales projections, production projections, scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
• Sets the monthly Restaurant Business Plan & align with my team on the execution.
• Manage in-store retailing- POS, Suggestive Selling targets, make and set the menu items
• Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
• Develops home delivery plans, coordinate with home delivery management team to accomplish the set objectives, analyze the impact of HD as an additional service on the sales target.
• Identifies opportunities and develop plans to ensure proper sales forecasting & maximize sales.
• Coaches and encourages area managers to suggestive sell Communicates & train store managers marketing initiatives/ new product launches and ensures Restaurant is ready to execute.

• Follows up & updates any information about the competitors position in the market in coordination with marketing dept., which may affect the business plans
• Analyze the operations/ P&L to determine deviations from standards and take corrective measures.
• Review the Restaurants purchasing plans in coordination with Purchasing & stores dept., to make sure that all restaurants needs
• Ensure proper stock level is maintained
• Conducts daily critical inventory.
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Managing and directing and educating staff to meet company stranded.
• Ensures local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
• Develop effective relationship with supporting departments (training, Maintenance, etc.
