-Coordinating the Marketing Plan and making sure that all tasks are done on time.
-Contacting Suppliers and ordering all marketing materials needed.
-Creating and Managing Email Marketing through ClickDimension
-Managing all social media Platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
-Updating Mobile Application with the Latest content such as Press Releases, Announcements, and Blogs.
-Build marketing campaign from information gathered during pre-event analysis and briefing sessions.
-Coordinate the development of all marketing collateral including brochures, emailers, advertisements and website in order to physically create the concept into its physical form and delivering the relevant message for distribution to
the public.
-Source media partnerships with external publications which are relevant to the event in terms of similar target audiences and appropriateness of partnership in order to maximize the number of touch points with consumers at minimum cost.
-Research for Data building in order to increase contacts in the database and hence increase the success of the marketing campaign.
-Research and analyze what our key competitors are currently doing in the market and understand the
differentiating factors of our event.
-Keep informed and be knowledgeable about the changing digital media conditions of the market and of the region.
-Execute planned Marketing Activity in the Marketing Campaign as agreed with the Marketing Manager. The activity must be executed on time as listed on the CRM.
-Attend the Delegate sales Update Meeting once a week, to gain an understanding of what the market is saying, and to use this information to change the current delegate sales strategy.
-Manage the entire spend of the campaign (with the direction of the Marketing Manager) to ensure that the marketing spend is within the agreed budgeted amount, which in turn will maximize the ability to achieve the expected gross profit for the entire event.
-Management of event websites and ensuring that information is up to date and in a timely manner.

Events
-Managing conference and event activities from an operational prospective
-Organizing and managing promotional events from conception through to completion
Providing direction on event marketing expenses.
-Operating as the first point of contact for events management, and all marketing related matters
-Managing the process of development in all events and maintaining the work flow efficiency in the office
-Maintaining good relationships with venues and suppliers
-Managing quotations, orders and payments as well as managing registration processes
-Managing on-site delivery of events as well as email communications and day to day operations of the company database
