1. Preparation of baseline schedules in accordance with Engineering, procurement, construction Activities 2. Monitor the progress of work against the planned schedules and keep posted to the HO. 3. Preparation of Daily, Monthly and Weekly reports of site activities and inform management. 4. Prepare look ahead schedule, Bar chart, Resource histogram and S-Curve etc., as per the contract. 5. Analyze deviation, change of order, in accordance with the construction manager and report HO. 6. Coordinate with construction personnel and prepare the consumables, equipment required for the Project. 7. I have done Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and passed out in 2015 . I am currently working as Project Control Manager in a reputed firm .
