* Monitor Daily operation to attain quality standards and perform inspections for all activities.
* Supervise all activities on site and make sure that is according to standards and project specification.
* Help Quality manger preparing ITPs for most materials in the project.
* Raise WIR, RFI for most work activities on the site.
* Supervise field and third party lab tests to ensure all tests are done on time and review its reports.
* Prepare Materials submittal for all products used in project.
* Meet with inspectors, engineers, contractors to determine corrective action required when there are discrepancies between work done and the approved plans, specification and standards.
* Raw Material testing according to international codes such as ASTM, BS EN and AASHTO to check the compliance with project specification and Standard.
(involved in king Abdulaziz Airport. project, Al-Wajah airport project, KAAR, Tahliah, and others).
• Soil Rocks: Capable of performing, supervising and evaluating test results and providing guidance for personnel engaged in testing soil and rocks in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and BS EN.
• Conduct analyses on degree of compaction of soil by electrical dail gauge/Nuclear machine and Filed Density test.
• Concrete and Aggregate: Knowledgeable with all practices required for the evaluation of fresh and hardened concrete and aggregate used in construction
• Asphalt - Capable of performing, supervising and evaluating test results and providing guidance for personal engaged in asphalt tests according to standards.
• Steel Knowledgeable with the required Criteria (Physical, Mechanical and chemical) used in the test evaluation and examination for Specification-conformance of steel.
• Review project specification and update them in accordance with recent standards and site conditions.
• Prepare and review technical reports with analyses and interpretations.
• Meet with inspectors, engineers, contractors to determine corrective action required when there are discrepancies between work done and the approved plans, specification and standards.
• Monitoring the central lab schedule with coordination between all the departments.
• Raw Material testing (Aggregates, Sand, Cement, Chemical, Admixtures, Fly ash, Micro silica) according to international codes such as ASTM, BS EN and AASHTO to check the compliance with project specification and Standard.
• Assign tasks for the technicians in each department (soil, aggregates, concrete, durability and steel).
• Draw up plans and review engineer comments, specifications and shop drawings.
• Distribute information required for construction to appropriate parties.
• Assist engineer to review materials used on the project to ensure that is according to specification.
• Involved with site team and check the work progress.
