1. Monitor, record & report the status of production plans.

3. Closely coordinate the production efforts with the designers, and make every effort to control cost.
4. Make unexpected arrangements of labour, machines & realign resources & change the priorities in order to maintain current production schedules and to compensate the loss of the vital production resources.
