Issuing passes to contractors following procedure, preparing access reports for specific areas
Visitor Control Process and recovering badges from visitors, collate starters and leavers lists

Administration of car parking spaces
Coordinating work permits, coordinating filming reports & coordinating lost property registers
Checking pass stock levels and notifying client of any requirements
Providing immediate response when disables alarms are activated
Participating in any training that may be required regarding new or updated equipment or procedures
To ensure all calls are answered promptly and courteously with the correct salutation; to forward calls to the correct extension and ensure that the directory is used efficiently
Raising purchase orders for replacement keys, locks, access passes, and general access control stationery

Assisting Housing Workers with benefit information, advice and guidance to residents
Supporting Housing Workers with 1-2-1 key working sessions
Supporting Housing Workers in making referrals to relevant agencies to ensure young people’s support needs are addressed including access to Floating Support or Chaplain
Assisting Housing Workers with investigations of incidents of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate enforcement action to ensure effective resolution including legal remedies where necessary. This includes viewing CCTV footage to bring incidents to a swift resolution
Providing appointments for the employer engagement team
Engaging with new employers to provide learner leads
Meeting personal targets set in order for the company to meet contract targets
Undertaking administrative duties associated with the role including but not limited to - daily summary reports, pipeline update, sending information to employers
Maintaining up to date and accurate contact records for all clients and learners using internal CRM system and company databases
Undertaking necessary Health & Safety responsibilities and duties as required by this post
Greeting customers who enter the shop, assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments, dealing with customer refunds and balancing cash registers with receipts
Stocking shelves with merchandise, answering queries from customers
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
