MY ROLE AS A SENIOR CHEMICAL ENGINEER / SALES ENGINEER IN NALCO WATER FROM 2016 - TILL DATE.
➢ Executing service plans in strategic district accounts. This will involve the completion of agreed
upon contractual services in the assigned accounts and providing customers with problem solving
support.
➢ Working with the customers and end users to start-up of both new chemical applications in current
customers and in transitioning competitively held accounts and develop strong relationships with
the key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts.
➢ Build up strong relationships with the assigned customer to generate a high level of customer satisfaction.
➢ Engage and collaborate with customers in resolution or close out of any safety observation
or technical issues encountered in the site.
➢ Ensuring all techniques, procedures and designs meet appropriate compliance standards.
➢ Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting analysis data and
providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at
optimal level
➢ Chemical Dosing pumps programming, managing, and overseeing the work of Junior
Engineers.
➢ Provide routine service support to prospective customers.
➢ Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer pain points and
escalating it to the technical team as required
➢ Attain 100% of the safety KPIs & adopt the Nalco safety culture and policies.
➢ Participate in safety initiatives of the company and the customers where participation is
required or solicited.
➢ Engage and collaborate with customers in resolution or close out of any safety observation
or technical issues encountered in the site.
➢ Works directly with customers to determine needs and provide solutions and then manages
the client’s expectations throughout monitoring the cooling water quality for all the business
units.
➢ Perform the water quality wet analysis and ensure the water quality meets the casting
parameters and verification of the results by the 3D TRASAR digitalization part and record
the operation data to provide the monthly report to the customers.
➢ Directs and coordinates with the plant operation team to follow up the routine activities and
non routine activities.
➢ Completing workload projection.
➢ Completes concurrent activities according to assigned priorities and without reducing
productivity.
➢ Assist in chemical business development efforts and to support the entire sales team to
reach the targets.
➢ Apply technical knowledge to solve water treatment problems in MAC.
➢ Providing control philosophy for water and wastewater treatment.
➢ Provide Monthly reports for all the business units handled in Maaden.
➢ Follow up with the customers regarding the Purchase order to be successfully received to
move forward with the smooth operations and to meet the sales annual targets.
➢ A passion for achieving excellence in the water industry and a key team player.
Chemical Business units handled in Ma'aden aluminum are:
1. Cast house - Water cooling for aluminum production (Slab, Ingot and Billet)
2. Rolling Mill - Wastewater treatment plant and Utility cooling water systems.
3. Cathode sealing - Cooling water system for Furnace panels and furnace coils.
4. Compressor house - Cooling water systems for Compressors
5. Carbon plant - Cooling water systems for Induction furnace panels, equipment & furnace
coils.
6. Green Mill - Cooling water system for equipment and for paste cooling.

2013-Presently working as a Senior Chemist/Application Engr. in Saudi Tabreed for Water Treatment and District Cooling Plant for Saudi Aramco, (Saudi Arabia) in chemical water treatment for the cooling tower, and chilled water. In analyzing Water samples like RO Water, Potable water, treated sewage effluent water, cooling tower water, Chilled water, Bore well water, Sea water analysis, Brackish water, lube oil analysis, and Incharge of chemical water treatment including the chemical cleaning to prevent corrosion, scaling formation in the condenser tubes, cooling tower fills, pipe line network and to avoid the growth of micro-organisms.

Provide the Monthly report of the chemical water treatment and chemical consumption with the detail water analysis report. (Raw water, cooling tower water, chilled water, potable water)

Furthermore job responsibility includes reviewing the contract copies (SLA) of the water treatment.

Environmental Safety includes the co-ordination with Saudi Aramco to eliminate the used oils and empty chemical drums from the plant and to make sure that the water releasing from the plant after chemical cleaning is totally neutralized to protect the environment.

2012-2013 worked as a LAB CHEMIST in QATAR FERTILISER COMPANY (QATAR) in analyzing Environmental samples, waste water ( from waste water treatment plant ), Potable water, Cooling tower water, Chiller water, Bore well water, Sea water analysis, Boiler water samples, Lube oil analysis, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Gas analysis, and many environmental samples, under contract.

2008-2012 Worked in Souza Analytical Laboratories,
A unit of Souza Hatcheries Mangalore, as a FOOD CHEMIST & MICROBIOLOGIST for 4 years in Analysis of Edible oil, Lube oil, Food samples, Water samples (waste & potable), Corn Grits, Soya bean, Wheat, Fish meal, Rice polish, De Oiled Rice Bran, and many more such as dairy products, fertilizers, Veterinary products, aqua products, feed samples, iron ore samples etc.
