• Conducting Safety Inspections and follow-ups on a monthly basis.
• Control the stock and issuance of PPE.
• Monitoring and maintaining proper housekeeping activities in all areas to avoid fire risks.
• Attend pre-job, planning, and client meetings as required on HSE-related matters.
• Support construction site HSE personnel in developing the worksite’s HSE campaigns
and good practices.
• Preparer and submit a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly project statistics report to
the client and CHSED Department
• Maintain Daily Updates of the SOC tracking register
• Design and update job descriptions
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
