* Fund Management by transferring funds from different bank accounts to the required bank account and releasing payments to the suppliers as per priority.

Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans

Prepare Bank reconciliations for 4 Banks on a monthly basis.

Provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management.

Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.

* Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly.

* Develop written accounting procedures for the operations staff and work with the team to ensure proper implementation and compliance.

Advance, Direct and Miscellaneous Payments.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Working with a team size of twelve members and responsible for processing Trade Finance Operations.
 Responsible for issuing Bank Guarantee’s and advising of Letter of Credit, lodging and realization of Foreign Inward bills received on collection/under the letter of credit, remittances of advance Payments for the goods to be imported, remittances for direct import of goods, remittances of other than Imports.
 To ensure recovery of margins and commissions as applicable in case of Guarantees, L.C.’s and bills.
 Responsible for disbursing commodity finance by scrutinizing the loan documents, demand promissory notes, letter of conformity of demand promissory note, ware house receipt. Coordinating with Loan Service Section for limits setup.
 Responsible for ascertaining the authenticity of the ware house receipts by conducting tele-verification and verifying the signature of the ware house manager with the list of specimen signatures available at the branch.
 Responsible for disbursal of commodity finance after scrutinizing the documents and marking lien on the ware house receipt
 Coordinating with loan service section(LSS) and centralized processing unit for timely set up of line limits and loan disbursal
 Responsible for keeping the lien marked ware house receipts in safe custody
 Apart from imports and commodity finance, issuance of Bank guarantees, Letters of Credit and Corporate Loans.

During the process, implementing KYC (Know Your Customer) to verify the genuineness of customers and AQB (Average Quarterly Balance) in conformity to the RBI rules. Based on the above 2 parameters, only after satisfying
with the nature of transaction, recommending LSS (Loan Service Section) to lien mark the account and book FDs (Fixed Deposits) to safe guard the interest of bank, and then issue BGs, LCs and Loans.
 To ensure proper scrutiny of the documentation before release of facilities for corporate banking customer and pointing out discrepancies if any, and follow up for the same to safe guard the interests of the bank and at the same time not upsetting the customer.
 To provide regular MIS to Corporate customers and check them to understand clients requirement and take feedback on our service.
 Provide Regular MIS to Internal Divisions of the Bank with regard to profitability / Volume of business generated.
 Taking care of liquidations of bills on due dates and payments
 Handling of CSGL (Constituent Subsidiary General Ledger) system and sending advises to clients.  Follow-ups for approvals, getting the relevant bills incase of exceptions.
 Alongside the other responsibilities, conducting a daily IAP (Internal Audit Program/ callback) of all transactions processed the previous day to ensure a clean and error free process. The Process includes thorough check up of documentation and process flow that confirms to HDFC Bank audit.
 Ensuring to send tracers for submission of bill of entries as a documentary proof for import of goods, sending samples to customs authorities for authentication of the bill of entries submitted
 Coordinating with the business segments and clients for smooth processing of the transactions.
 Follow-up for submission of deferral documents which are tracked by CPU (Centralized Processing Unit)
