Project : GAS TRAIN-05 PROJECT BY TECHNICAS REUNIDAS,
MINA AL-AHMADI REFINERY (KNPC)
Duration : Ongoing
Duties & Errands:
• Responsible for all the construction activities for all building works (civil & architecture) -Substations, Emergency Generator Building, Satellite Instrument House, UPS Building, Maintenance & Operator Shelters (Blast proof buildings)
• Carrying out construction activities for Precast structures- sleepers, foundations for Pipe rack, Lintels, Concrete blocks for Cable trays.
• Carrying out construction activities for Duct Banks, Pipe supports, Pipe lines.
• Preparation of Work Method Statement for all civil related activities and other project related requirements.
• Study thoroughly IFC drawings, WMS and specifications prior to start of work.
• Prepare necessary reports and sketches required for site construction.
• Ensure incoming materials are inspected and stored properly as recommended.
• Manpower handling and assigning them work
• Informing QC personnel to raise RFI's after the completion of work as per ITP and follow up for close out.
• Ensure that the quality in construction is maintained to the required standards.
• Review the QA/QC System and implement improvements. Also Coordinate non- conformance identification, disposition and corrective action follow up.
Project : JURASSIC PRODUCTION FACILITY BY SCHLUMBERGER, North Kuwait (KOC)
Duration : 6 Months
Duties & Errands:
• Prepares the site for the commencement of construction activities.
• Coordinating day-to-day activities for testing of materials as a measure for quality control and reporting client.
• Executing all construction activities for foundations, pipe racks, etc.
• Coordinating with client and completing work on time.
• Estimating material quantities required for civil works.
• Managing resources & manpower.
• Micro schedules for ease of works.
Project : GATHERING CENTRE-31 BY DODSAL, North Kuwait (KOC)
Duration : 1 Year
Duties & Errands:
• Carrying out excavation and backfill activities for the site preparation (Grading works) for Gathering Centre: Plant and flare area.
• Monitoring the site activities are as per approved IFC drawings, standards, project specifications and safety requirements.
• Conducting third party material testing and conducting material inspections as per Inspection Test Plan.
• Coordinating for Inspection Notifications with main contractor and third-party laboratory.
• Verify/check setting out of survey co-ordinates and level carried out by surveyor.
Project : Benchmark Residences (28 individual villa)
Duration : 6 Months
Duties & Errands:
• Managing the final stage of the project which includes Electrical, Plumbing, Aluminum composite panel structure, False ceiling, Fabrication, Floor and Wall finishing, Carpentry and Painting.
• Monitor implementation of the QA/QC management systems at site.
• Coordinate quality inspection with the contractor and all specialist suppliers.
• Supervision of Staff Assistance performing sampling and testing of materials.
• Assisting in the completion of the project with interiors.
Project : Starling Nest Apartments (G+4floor, 40flats)
Duration : 1 Year
Duties & Errands:
• Planning and Execution of construction activities such as Survey, Excavation, Casting- RCC structures as per IFC drawings.
• Managing all the civil works and monitoring the site.
• Day to day inspection related to Formworks, Reinforcement- Bar-bending & Steel Fixing, Block masonry and Plastering.
• Ordering the material as per requirement.
• Preparing progress reports, invoices, schedules.
