Design, Installation, testing, and Commissioning of HVAC systems.
Preparation of submittal for approval with client and consultant.
Attending all site co-ordination meeting with clients and consultant.
To arrange the materials required as per the approved submittal to run the order to
complete the project in stipulated time.
Checked and Inspected Mechanical Material Deliveries On the job site as per Consultants
Specification and material Submittal Approval.
Submitted all inspection documentation.
Generated Checklist for the Inspection of Mechanical Installations with the General
Contractor and Consultant.
Checked the Workmanship of the Installation according to Standard Methods.
Checked the General Mechanical Plans, Comments from Consultant on the Mechanical
Shop Drawings, Mechanical Revisions and Additional Site Instructions from the General
Contractor.
Dealt with the suppliers in order to get the specified materials at the best within the
perfect time of the project.
Cooling & Heating load calculation as per ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
AHU zoning, Area classification zoning & Pressure zoning for different pharma facilities
like OSD, Injectable, Oncology etc.
Selecting HVAC equipment like chiller, condensing unit, heat exchanger, expansion tank.
Designing the manifold for AHU, chilled water and hot water.
Chilled water pipe distribution design and selection of chilled water pumps.
Calculation of static pressure of various HVAC components.
Preparation of Airflow diagram for AHU air distribution.
Dehumidifier and humidifier calculations as per requirement.
Designing and selection of HVAC systems like VRV, DX and Ventilation.
Estimating quantity for Duct work along with quantity for volume control dampers and
fire dampers.
Estimating quantity for electrical cables and panels required for HVAC electrical work.
Preparation of I/O summary for the BMS.
Preparation of BOQ based on the layout/ design basis/codes & standards for the
HVAC system.
Understanding the requirement of client and giving them most effective overall solution.
Assigned responsibilities of defining project specification to ensure quality work that
meets customer requirements.
Handled responsibilities of developing drawings, preparing technical documents, and
reviewing supplier design.
Reply to various questioners/queries raised by Clients/vendors during pre and post Bid.
Participation in Preliminary/Detail Engineering and indirectly involved in project
execution to verify the variations and measurement.
Evaluate the quotations to ascertain compliance to tender and project specification.
Cooling load calculation as per ASHRAE Standards.
Calculation of blower CFM, air distribution duct design following SMACNA codes.
Selection of diffusers, grilles G.I Sheet etc. as per standard.

BE in Mechanical from M.I.T , Aurangabad with 67.66% ( Distinction) in 2013
