Main Responsibilities:
• Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution of all Technical contracts (short form, annual, maintenance, consultancy, purchase agreements and new projects contracts).
• Serve as the point of contact for suppliers and contractors on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman”, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
• Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provision.
• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
• On all standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with second party until consensus has been reached.
• Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support for power plant operation and maintenance teams.
• Prepare and instruct technical courses for power plant operation and maintenance teams.
• Up normal defect analysis and solving.
• Studies and researches for technical systems development and upgrade.

• Investigation and Analysis of Francis turbine high vibrations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and improving of the working process, procedures and quality management system.
• Coordination of company strategic plan updates and follow up it is matching with operation plan and follow up the execution of the plan.
• Preparation of company plan based on the departments plan under the strategic line of the company.
• Exploration of New business opportunities and develop entrance plans
• Supervise and coordinate research activities for the company.
• Leader of the Quality System Internal auditing team.
• Continual improvement and development of team facilitation.
• Advising in work flow improvement.
• Operation and maintenance technical support.
• Responsible for the Performance Reports to the Water Resource and Electricity Ministry and Cabinet.
Main Achievements:
• Upon the sudden exit of the Elctromechanical Contractor (ALSTOM France), I spearheaded the Damage Control plan to ensure that the Operation is running smoothly without interruption.
In this project we succeeded in executing deals with international firms in field of critical spare parts supply, technical support and firm that match the sophistication of the hydropower industry and domination of few firms on it.
• Design Key performance indicator for company plan follow up and avoidance of deviations.
• Reservoir level versus efficiency in long term monitoring computerized plat form.
• Was part of the team that analyzed and solved the cracking generator spider ribs in hydro generators.
This was a phenomenal technical problem in the generator field that was difficult to analyze by many international companies.
• Being part of the Quality management system that follow ISO9001 standards.
• Merowe Tec technical support and training center visibility study and project plan.
Main Responsibilities:
• To manage and supervise all of Turbines and Plant Mechanical auxiliary’s maintenance activities.
• Carry out major defects troubleshooting, planning, scheduling and coordination with the procurement and logistics departments.
• Inspection and implementing the corrective maintenance and analyzing the causes to avoid future failures.
• Developing new maintenance techniques and procedures to enhance the equipment performance and life time.
Main Achievements:
• Member of Merowe dam Electromechanical commissioning team.
• Member of the first operation and maintenance team that operate and maintained Merowe Dam power plant in cooperation with ALSTOM France, the contractor, and Lahmeyer Int. Germany, the project consultant.
• Have been one of the effective team members in building the Maintenance System include (plans, tools, inventory level & workers shifts).
• Introduction of the Predictive maintenance system and analysis based on vibration.
This was one of the most successful systems that helped in solving many chronic defects and predicting failures.
• Assist in solving the Condenser mode failure during flood season.
This failure was one of the main NCR against the Merowe Project electromechanicl contractor (ALSTOM), although we were Junior Engineers we took the challenge to solve this complex problem and we succeeded in that

• To follow up the installation and commissioning of power plant mechanical equipment.
• To carry out mechanical maintenance activities of the units in operation.

• Member of Merowe dam Electromechanical commissioning team that made major modifications which helped to avoid problems in the early stages of the project
• Member of the first operation and maintenance team that operate and maintained Merowe Dam power plant in cooperation with ALSTOM France, the contractor, and Lahmeyer Int. Germany, the consultant.

• Organizing sites man power, equipments and all needs.
• Preparing technical proposals for jobs and projects.

• Supervising and participating in preventive and corrective maintenance for the mechanical equipments in CPF, FPFs & OGMs.
• Insuring that all of the work and quality procedures are complying with the applicable standards.
• Inspection and recertification for Schlumberger`s Well testing equipments in Ptrodar oil Blocks.
Main Achievements:
• Successfully lead the Provision of Mechanical & Civil Maintenance in WNPOC CPF project (a 10 million dollar project).
• Negotiation and work order approval with client which guaranteed several jobs for our company.
• Establishing the preventive and corrective maintenance for CPF, FPFs & OGMs for the main mechanical equipments in TharJath block.
Designing the Supply chain system for Provision of Mechanical & Civil Maintenance in WNPOC CPF project.
Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise welding works.
• Planning and scheduling all the site activities.
• Interpretation of PT and MPT tests.
Main Achievements:
• Successfully delivered Dongola- Elseliem bridge casing project.
• Technically solving the problem of rejected bridge casing in Shandy-ELmtama bridge project.
