2. To provide monthly and yearly reports to the Management.
3. To exercise the financial controls over the transactions of the Company.
4. To carry out useful and meaningful financial analysis and submit the practical recommendation to the Management.
5. To develop preventive and detective controls for identifying excessive costs; wastages; and abuses.
6. To ensure that the Company's projects & procurements are cost efficient and quality
conscious.
7. To maintain a close liaison between the Management, Suppliers, Auditors, Clients and Bankers.
8. To provide the needed support to the CEO/General Manager.
