-Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
-Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
-Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
- Direct and supervise workers.
-Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
-Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.

-Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction.
2-Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
3-Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
4-Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
5-Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
6-Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors
7-Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Responsible to the construction manager for his section of the works being constructed a safety and efficiently as possible.
Be fully aware of Company safety policy and activities pursue the use of safe working practices as laid down in the Company & safety procedure.
Liaise with the concerned foreman to ensure that all labor and plant is available when required and used effectively at all times.
Ensure that both works procedures and Method Statement for site process control are prepared and followed as required during the progress of the works
Ensure the processes are introduced and controlled to meet requirements and in order to ensure the quality of the finished product.
Ensure that works are being constructed in accordance with the approved drawings and specification.
Notify client’s representative and QA/QC Engineer when works is to be progressed and ensure that he has the opportunity to inspect that works.
Carry out any other duties allocated by the construction / project manager.
Prepare request for inspections and liaise with QA/QC engineer and consultant in a day to day activities & technical issues.
Encourage promote and maintain safe is site working practice with working team.
Review plant, labor & material allocations and advice project manager for any future potential problems.
