*Make accurate Inventory of all products in the branch and print reports of shortage and surplus
*High control on warehouse balances and goods transferring between branches
*Review the direct supply invoices and ensure that they are included on SAP system on time
* Contact monthly reports for Inventory ex. (Ending Inventory, Physical count, Requested goods)
*Enter accounts payable transactions on ERP system daily
*Prepare and print bank and cash payment vouchers and checks
*Calculate discounts contracts and consignment for every suppliers
*Vendors payment schedule
Audit warehouse receipts with purchase orders and suppliers statement
• Do the Comparably between Purchasing Adding with Suppliers PO (Cr / Suppliers = DR / Stock) Price.
• Do monthly reports for stock of the company for finished products & Write off all bad Goods from all Warehouses.
• Record in the statement (of account) for suppliers.
• Follow-up all inventory transaction linked with inventory Expenses Account and validate. • Providing financial management with information about the activity, movement of materials in general and the non-moving items in particular.
*Entery daily sales off all items for branch
*Control recipe
*Making monthly Inventory of branches
*Issuing report shortage & surplus for all items
