-  Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions, additions, and job title and department/division transfers. -  Advises, interprets and provides direction to management and staff on company rules and procedures, Federal, state and local laws and regulations involving payroll. -  Develops and updates the organization’s pay scale, grading system, organization chart. -  Renew the compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs. -  Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations. -  Process annual salary increases for all employees using yearly appraisal and performance management methods. -  Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages. -  Coordinates and interacts with federal and state agencies on specialized issues pertaining to employee compensation and deductions. -  Completes Payments for company leavers.

 Responsible for permanent registering for all salary structure & salary transaction for issuing salaries pay slips. .
 Responsible for providing in all weekly & monthly reports on all issues related to payroll process.
 Responsible for issuing HR letters for both government authorities & private agencies (social insurance authorities & labor office).
 Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly and annually loans for company employees.
 Responsible for keeping records of work times and attendance, tracking employees’ absences (regular/ irregular).
 Responsible for Following up on each employee’s annual and sick leaves, and consequently sending them letters containing the remainder of their leave balance.
