Preparation of all requests for payments and variations from the various consultants, contractors
and suppliers which includes but is not limited to:
- Reporting to the Site Project Manager and the consultant.
-Office concerning all quantity surveying aspects of the project.
-Managing the re-measurable portions of the Contract.
-Managing variations.
-Managing costs due to delay claims.
-Reviewing and correcting as required all requests for payment.
-Preparation of the quantity and costs for the re-measurable portions of the Contract.
-Preparation of variations.
-Preparation of costs due to delay claims.
-Assisting with financial reports and monthly reports.
