• Preparation of Sales orders, Delivery Tickets and Transfer orders in JD Edwards for the shipments dispatched.
• Inventory management, receiving all the incoming shipment from different regions for various manufacturing facilities, Sorting out incoming shipments and dispatching to the appropriate bases / customers.
• Coordinating with dispatching departments and complete logistics control.
• Fully conversant with all activities of concerned with quotation, ordering, storage and movement materials.
• Prepare the Customs Invoice and coordinate with Customs to get the Bill of Entry.
• Once goods dispatched follow up for the customs Exit / Entry certificates.
• Coordinate with team at Region and support smooth delivery.
• Maintaining logistic tracking list and reporting monthly report to management.
• Report immediately to management in case of any discrepancy / violation.
• Any additional specific jobs to be carried out within the field of activity.
• Keep an environment of safety, quality and professionalism.
