Really I have a very strong interest in publishing Quality management careers with experience working at both QA& QC in addition to well experience at HSE tasks .

1. I have been working for nearly seven years in this field so I used to do all the next tasks :
2. Review and documented instructions, procedures and compliance with quality standards.
3. Follow up on the implementation of the corrective actions for problems and cases of non-conformity.
4. Check up all the chemical raw materials such as (zinc oxide -ferric & ferrous oxides-boric acid-potassium chlorates -potassium dichromate’s-etc. analytically to determine the purity of the material. Al of these chemical experiments is carried out on our laboratory with normal Equipment and with excellent results.
5. Apply the entire sampling standard (ISO-2859-1-2-3). Sampling procedures for inspection by attributes.
6. Sampling plans indexed by acceptable quality level (AQL).
7. Prepare the calibration plan and ensure that all the Gauges are calibrated to ensure that the result is reliable. According to the plan.
8. Sieve shaker analyzer, digital moisture balance, PH meter, digital refractometer and lots of other Gauges (thermometers, digital micrometer and gramage meter for all types of paper and polypropylenes.
9. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
10. Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
11. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
12. Develop training to build quality awareness.
13. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
14. Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
15. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
16. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
17. Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
18. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
19. Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
20. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
21. Manage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits.
22. Adoption of ISO certifications from the General Authority for Standardization and Quality or any other accredited vested in this matter.
23. Coordination of external audits.
24. periodic follow-up environmental measurements of the company and the work of corrective actions and follow-up

26. How to get rid of the management of hazardous waste.
27. I have very good knowledge of drilling fluids and how to control it and test it accurately even if the test is viscosity or density or PH or other needed tests this experience is got from my current job in additional too this, our work needed special skills with dealing with chemicals such as feldspar, kaolin, Talc and Sodium hydroxide .which are the most raw materials I always check them practically.
