• Successfully secured the supply of ready mix concrete for the Riyadh Metro project by operating 9 ready-mix batch plants in 4 factories meeting all quality specifications.
• Achieved success in qualification process of the project, right from the beginning, meeting all long term quality specifications.
• Managed the development of a start up Riyadh Metro project business including contractual compliance, technical approvals, engineering integration, HSE, construction and business establishment.

Project Management:
