Reporting Line: IT Director; Team Size: 45 personnel in the MIS Dept.

• Assessing new ERP application (SAP & Oracle Business suites) and listing requirements with various functions.
• Involved in ERP data uploading and downloading with promo scheme AS400 JDA.
• Handling RMA (Remote Management application) for IBM POS.
• Liaising with vendors for service delivery and procurement of various IT related equipments.
• Motivating team members to deliver quality service and attain customer satisfaction.
