- Operation manager for cement products factory.
completely responsible on plant maintenance and production processes.
- Achieve production target.
-Manage and train labor hand, make sure no shortage will happen by circulating labors and training one person for more than one skill
- Make production planes.
- Develop maintenance plans (preventive and predictive)
- Make sure maintenance process is being done as per schedule.
- Follow up products quality and take corrective action if any problem arises
- Follow up raw material quality
- Daily check quality control reports
- Supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs in case of breakdown and give advice to technicians
- Order necessary spare parts and follow up stocks
- Order molds from different suppliers
- PLC programming (Allen bradley slc 5/05)
- machines fault finding & maintenance
- following preventive maintenance programs
