Searching for the good reputation Medical centres & Hospitals to build a referral Networking.
Collecting Information about Medical Centres & Hospitals in order to approach them. & prepare Action Plans & Schedules to identify specific Targets & to project the number of contacts to be made.
Present & sell KHCC Medical Services to current & potential Medical Centres & Other Hospitals.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity & preparing presentations. Proposal Letters of understanding, Offers, Contracts to the medical centres & hospitals.
Develop and maintain Sales Materials and current service knowledge & in consequence developing a Mechanism of referring patients to KHCC
Establish & Maintain current clients and potential clients relationships.
Identify and resolve client concerns & finding proper solutions for any obstacles, which may affect business relationship with contracted Medical Centres & Hospitals.
Receiving Privileged doctors and make orientation at KH Services & Operating Rooms.
Organizing Meetings with different departments (business office, OR, Finance, Procurement, Nursing, Quality Control, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Customer Service, Physiotherapy…) to improve & unify efforts to keep our services as High rank Medical Provider.
Keeping up with the latest medical data supplied by KHCC.
Making Presentations to the Medical Centres Doctors, Marketing Manager, and Owners about the quality of KHCC Medical Services.
Building & Maintaining Positive working relationship with medical centres & hospitals.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Follow-up for collection of payment.
Communicate new services, opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate hospital staff.
Monitoring competitor activities, services, prices, marketing plans, etc.
Developing Strategies for increasing opportunities to meet & talk to new contacts.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activities, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Working with Team Managers to plan how to approach clients and creating effective Business Plans for making Sales in particular areas.

Present Work Description:

Develop implements and continuously revise Policies & Procedures for referral Network to suit the business objective of the department in the company.
Define functional performance management structures ad mechanisms for systematic improvement of the department in the company define the strategy for the department which is in the line the overall strategy of the company.
Review and approve of report data analysis received from the Patient Support Team
Preparation of customer survey and reviewing the analysis of outcome.
Create and update quality checklist; review and approval of the finding and conclusions of referral network evaluation
Preparation of training materials, training TEC representatives& staff.
Set annual department and employees goals which support the department strategy and are in line and support the company in achieving their overall financial targets.
Manage daily operations and the employees of the department in a way that ensure achievement of department goals as defined.
Advise and monitor on the overall budget of the department with focus on cost containment and efficiency.
Ensure that business decisions and processes are documented in a professional way.
Recruit and train appropriate candidates as required to deliver tasks as per the purpose of their position.
Analyse all data related to the activity in order to recommend and implement specific actions and further develop the department in close cooperation with the GM.
Provide expertise and support to other departments.
Plan, execute and contribute to other projects and duties as assigned.
Appraise the staff and their performance in view of their personal objectives.
Ensure that the technical knowledge level is sufficient and adequate to manage the daily duties and responsibilities.
Conduct performance evaluation of the staff.
Ensure that internal & external communication requirements are being adhered to in a timely and professional manner.
Previous work achievements:
Write policy & procedure for purchasing & stock management also for Pharmacy & P&T committee.
Issue of drug formulary every year.
Have succeeded in minimizing waste drugs in KH & CC.
Contribute & suggest new ideas to develop KH & CC.
Carry out medicine movement analysis in both Kingdom hospital & consulting clinics.
