• Participating in creating the training manual.
• Participating in creating the competencies dictionary.
• Participating in job analysis for development projects purposes.
• Create and implement development programs at work that connect employees with business goals
• Involved in the bank organizational development strategies such as performance management, leadership and employee development, succession planning, coaching, and talent management.
• Give employees internal courses in soft skills
• Develop training plans for achieving bank performance standards.
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through Training need analysis (TNA), appraisal schemes and regular consultation with head functions and human resources departments.
• Implementing assessment process on training (materials, trainers and trainees)
• Designing and developing annual training plan, un-scheduled programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
• Manage and asses training programs by devising a strategic training plan for the organization.
• Weekly, monthly and annually reporting.
