- Participate in the registration and verification of beneficiaries according to selection criteria and prepare all final beneficiary lists.

- Update CCCM/Shelter project achievements in NRC Global Output and Outcome Reporting System (GORS) and ensure quality of data entered on monthly bases by cross checking reports generated with projects supporting document and the Monthly Indicator Tracker
- Produce monthly progress reports of CCCM/Shelter projects including accurate comparison of targets versus achievements
- Maintain proper filling system and storage of project documents on NRC share point and ensuring security of all document whereby only relevant staff have access to needed information
- Responsible for data analysis and compilation of quarterly, annual and ad hoc program data and reports.
- Support in the development of CCCM/Shelter tools as required.
- Research and retrieve data from internal and external sources; prepare the statistical charts, tables and reports as required

- Certify achievement of contractual milestones, and provide reports to WASH officer/Project Manager so payment to contractors can be processed.
