Support the marketing manger in developing and implementing assigned social media strategies and plans to insure the growth and professional management of AlShiaka social media platforms.
Business Manage:
-Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, massaging and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
• Setup and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social media content.
• Moderate all user-Generated content in line with moderation policy for each community.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/meteric, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other department (customer relations, sale etc._ to manage the reputation, identity key players and coordinate actions
People Management:
• Lead and coach the social media agency team, enabling them to deliver the company objectives with excellent
• Conducts formal and informal feeds sessions with the agency, ensuring effective performance.
