•Provides leadership and direct supervision to a team of staff.
•Ensuring that accurate processing, storage and dispatch of a specific load and equipment, in line with service delivery targets and schedules, and within the boundaries of safety and regulatory requirements.
•Plans and executes the workload for a specific activity by closely monitoring the flight schedules briefs team members, delegate tasks and oversees activities.
•To ensure the safe and effective dispatch of inbound, outbound baggage and ULDs to the respective areas (Arrivals, Departure and Interline).
•Briefing all team members on special carriers handling instructions, and assists the Supervisor to promote best and safe practices at work.
•Strictly complies with all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Airport Authority Standards and Regulatory requirements.
•Responsible for all safety issues including Dangerous Good and ensures that all team members comply with the laid down safety regulations at all times.
•Ensures the smooth running and serviceability of the relevant support systems, equipment, and takes necessary steps in case of failure or breakdown.
•Maintains an accurate record of all the baggage, ULDs processes through the assigned area by using the appropriate recording system.
•Effectively liaises with all concerned sections to ensure that necessary information and adequate serviceable handling equipment is available on time.
•Carries out on-going performance management by undertaking reviews & assessments, identifying training needs and coaching and supporting the on-job-training of all team members.
•Completes all pre and post flight activities, and any other administrative requirements. Where required, upon completion of departure activities.
•Takes stock of all mishandled and missing baggage, establishes reasons for the mishandling, and dispatches advisory messages to down-line stations as appropriate.
•Assist marketing manager in execution of all activities.
•Suggest new marketing activities and promotions.
•Explore new segments of other visitors, members and customers.
•Handle all schools, institute and university inquiries and activities.
•Propose marketing & business plans, new packages and offers.
•Carrying out of all outdoor activities and field visits.
•Explore the market for the best prices and quality offers for the requirements of operate.
•Visiting exhibitions involving field work such as DEAL show 2006 and 2007 Exhibitions.

•Dealing with visiting cash customers and traders to show rooms, which include providing product information and prices.
•Preparing cash invoices, cash collection and arrangement of delivery of goods to customers.
•Attending telephone inquiries from cash customers transfer from store to showroom in order to maintain the minimum stock levels at showroom.
•Handling all day-all-day activities of show room.
•Preparing sales order invoices, quotations, and inquiries for sales stuff.
•To prepare the purchase order LPO’s and material missing in the section of stores.
•Handle customer service related inquiries.
•Coordination of goods and put them to ease the process of sale system (DO IT YOUR SELF).
•Processing branches and follows own sales reports.
•Work on the code for each product separately from the cargo system.
•Assistant chef role in daily, monthly and annually sales reports.

I have been studied Sales management, Marketing management and accounting in addition to application through the practical training. Study period are 4 years and most of studies materials were Arabic language and few were English.
