Worked 6 months in Viaducts (Zone 4) in Sub-Structure, in construction and execution of works, preparing 5 weeks look ahead schedule, site progress, Daily, Weekly Reports, Checking BBS and placing steel rebar order to the sub-contractor.

•Analyzes and compiles data on construction factors, such as labor, materials, special machinery requirements, and site location.
•Prepares cost summaries for the entire project, this includes the costs of materials, equipment, labor, taxes, insurance, and any other costs affecting the project.
•Develops accurate and clear cost estimates based on project data and communicating those estimates with engineers and concerned staff.
•Performs costs analysis; preparing and analyzing costing for tenders to assist in anticipating project costs.
•Conducts feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs for projects in addition to negotiating and prepare bids for tenders and contracts.
•Responsible for the Performance Management of all team members.
