 Worked 33 months at Deep Underground Station in Construction, UD works, SOE (Piling, Capping Beam, Grout Curtain, Anchor works), Excavation of Station Box, Slab concrete works, Daily, Weekly Reports and as Second in Charge of site work (under Construction Manager).
 Worked 6 months in Viaducts (Zone 4) in Sub-Structure, in construction and execution of works, preparing 5 weeks look ahead schedule, site progress, Daily, Weekly Reports, Checking BBS and placing steel rebar order to the sub-contractor.

•Prepares cost summaries for the entire project, this includes the costs of materials, equipment, labor, taxes, insurance, and any other costs affecting the project.
•Develops accurate and clear cost estimates based on project data and communicating those estimates with engineers and concerned staff.
•Performs costs analysis; preparing and analyzing costing for tenders to assist in anticipating project costs.
•Conducts feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs for projects in addition to negotiating and prepare bids for tenders and contracts.
