Working as Team Lead and Technical Support Engineer on Etisalat Modernization Project 2G, 3G
and LTE UAE Project. The project is implementing by Alcatel-Lucent.
My key Responsibilities are:
o Execute the site swap plan according to TSSR and Hardware sheet.
o Responsible for all the installation and commissioning till Integration.
o Provide technical to other team working in field during Swap.
o Effective site supervision and routine coordination with the vendor project team to
complete the activity in due time.
o Coordinate with customer for all activities.
o Preparation of SMR for swap activity sites information based on TSSR.
o Expert in the commissioning of SUMX, D2U and D4U.
o Implement the technologies 2G, 3G and LTE according to customer plan
o Installation of LRO_DC (Conf1, conf4X, conf5b), LRI, MD12, MD16 and hybrid
rectifier according to TSSR.
o Alcatel-Lucent MC-RRH installation(G900, G1800, U900, U2100, L800, L1800)
o Alcatel-Lucent MCTRDU installation (G900, G1800, L1800)
o Coordination with OMC, WMS and SAM to solve the site issues.
o Coordination with ethisalat transmission team for confirmation of IP and VLAN
parameters.
o Perform the BTS swap operation i.e. switching the Alcatel-Lucent MB15, LRI and
Huawei3812 to outdoor LRO-DC (conf1, conf4x, conf5b), Indoor LRI and 19’’ rack
o Expert in troubleshooting of LRO-DC (conf1, conf4x, conf5b), 19’’ rack, LRI, MC-
RRH, MCTRDU, SUMX, D4U and D2U.
o Share daily progress report with manager on daily basis.
o Expert in the patching of MC-RRH U900 using D-Term software through LAN cable
and sumx.
o Expert in alarm patching of MD12 and MD16 on Sumx.
o Perform all tests during offline commissioning i.e. Hardware check, VSWR, sector
initialization and TRX configuration.
o Provide drive test support to RNE team after swap.
o Expert in site quality and removal of snag identified by etisalat team during SQI visit.
o Faulty equipment resolution.
• Operation and Maintenance of Microwave and BTS.
• Installation and Alignment of Microwave Antenna (0.6, 1.2 antenna).
• Routing of the RF cable and IF cable.
• Cable connections between BTS units.
• BTS equipment inspection.
• Installation antenna, feeder, cabinet, integration and then commissioning.
• Responsible for doing PAT of the sites.
• Conducting Pre-PAT and PAT for Sites.
• Conducting PAT and ensuring that all sites are accepted and OILS are cleared.
• Coordinating with MNOC for rectifying alarms, escalation of faults, updating and closing the trouble tickets.
• Performing PMR, preparing and submitting reports to ZTE with Site Print Screens of BTS & Transmission Equipment’s.
• Check the DTF, VSWR, VSWR RETURN LOSS using the JDSU Site Master.
• Perform Commissioning, Configuration &Integration of Transmission Equipment's.
• On-site configuration modifies.
• Loose connection tightening.
• Replacement of equipment’s and faulty components.
• Faults removal of equipment under the guidance of OMC staff.
• Hardware operation and maintenance of BTS.

Working for STC & ZAIN on the equipments of ZTE.
Projects : Swap for 2G and 3G for Zain, New Installations for Zain & STC and 4G installation for Zain.
