Projects Manager Responsibilities:
• Use the agreed project methodology and documentation for all projects, to deliver to determined standard and quality. This will include ensuring adherence by the project team to procedural and document standards.
• Supervise the project team, irrespective of status or business function, to successfully deliver project tasks to time, quality and budget.
• Liaise, support and co-operate with the Network Support & Project Manager (Proactive) and the technical strategy manager to deliver agreed project activity through the technical development team resources.
The IT Asset Manager responsibilities:
• The daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization
• Planning, monitoring, and recording software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
• Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
