Vacation Settlements, Leave rights of staff-Fixed and Overtime.
Calculate Provisions for Leave rights & Air fare
Prepare staff reimbursement claims-Medical, Housing, Education, Per Diem allowance etc
Maintain Payroll confidentiality
Handling and Controlling Accounts Payable.
Handling Accounts Receivable.
Handling rental agreements and payments.
Calculate monthly provisions.
Reconcile accruals/prepaid expenses.
Closing monthly financials for management reports.
Maintaining purchase order processing system.
Handling company petty cash / loans & advances.
Handling with holding tax for the company.
Handling bank reconciliation statements.
Handling & monitoring credit cards transactions, queries & disputes
Dealing with treasury department at bank(s).
Assist and manage yearly financial audit- Deloitte Qatar
Carry out inventory valuation-quarterly / year end.
