• The method of providing the necessary money from different sources for the least costs and organizing the course of this money and planning for investing it in a way that serves the Establishment by providing cash liquidity and achieve profitability .
• Analyzing costs, making planned balances and estimation of the different revenues and the expenditures.
• Performance Assessment, revealing mistakes and corruptions, knowledge of the weaknesses and putting forward the appropriate solutions on the appropriate time.
• Financial analysis, preparation of the financial reports that contribute to make sound decisions for the Establishment.
• The ability to negotiate with banks, suppliers and debtors to obtain credit facilities such as the facilities of opening documentary credits, guarantees, and obtaining loans to help the Establishment to conduct its operations flexibly.
• Preparation of the relevant Accountancy system for the Establishment.
• Classification of Accounts and setting the Accountancy inventory in addition to setting a map for classifying the storage of goods in good manner.
• Setting a plan for the documentary course to activate the controlling process side by side with achieving some kind of flexibility in work.
• Selecting the automated appropriate system for the Accountancy operations and taking inventory for the storage in the establishment.
• Preparation of the financial reports and the cash flows to the Establishment including its branches.
