Currently working as Technical Specialist (Product owner) in Research for Access and Video product S2 Netbox by LenelS2. Also has hands-on Hardware and software modules associated with Netbox systems.
LenelS2 is the global leader in advanced physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, and mobile credentialing.
Responsibilities:
Product owner:
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Translating product managers' strategies to tasks for development
• Learning the market and customers' needs
• Serving as a liaison between product and development
• Staying accessible to development to answer questions
Agile Lead:
• Agile Lead for BU which had 30 programs
• Train and help the team transition to Agile Practices
• Work with the teams to identify their bottlenecks
• Conduct Agile Assessments of teams and identify their areas of improvement
• Track the improvement and re-assess the assessment every Quarter
• Work with the Agile CoE group in getting the team members trained and certified in Agile Roles
Scrum Master:
• Moderate PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Retrospective, Team demos, and Daily Standup
• Collaborate with different teams in solving the dependencies

• Publish a Newsletter with Team’s Progress, Metrics, and Accomplishments.
