▪Description: the main job responsibilities are:
•Leading a team consist of electrical, mechanical, architecture, civil, QC and site engineers for each project.
•Prepare the Reports for higher management.
•Follow up the works in site and help the contractor to finish the project by required quality and on time.
•Prepare and send all official letters for Contractor and Client.
•To ensure proper execution of the project in line with Client specifications, requirements and signed contract between the contractor, Client and agreed time schedule.
•Organize and lead the Kickoff meeting between the Client, contractor, and consultant.
•Handling all technical, construction and commercial communications between the owner & contractor.
•Responsible for reviewing and approving the contractor invoices.
•Overall project BOQ & budget control.
•Review, approve and monitor the project detailed schedule.
•Review and approve in coordination with the technical office all submittals related to design, shop drawings, materials, quantity survey, etc
•Update the contractor scope of work and BOQ if needed in coordination with Client.
•Reviewing and approving change orders.
•Testing, commissioning, and handover the project after completion to Client.
