Customer Support
- Responsible for installing and servicing Volcano systems (Intra Vascular Ultra Sound & Functional Measurement) in KSA.
- Responsible for providing the customers with on site (clinical and technical) training about VOLCANO products and to maximize the products efficiency and usage.
- Troubleshooting, diagnose, debug and repair of Volcano systems
- Reporting reliability, installing and maintenance problems to the technical support team at Europe
- Performs parts inventory and ordering for assigned installation, including replenishing spare parts kit, short shipment and return consigned parts appropriately and in a timely manner per procedure as necessary for each install.
- Write help files and user instructions for new application features.
- Providing telephone support to subagents’ engineers in Middle East countries.
- Provides telephone support to customers before or during clinical procedures.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify causes and recommend remedies to user issues
- Proactively contact sites after incoming calls to assess satisfaction.
Sales Team Support
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary support and technical expertise to enable them to sell VOLCANO systems, catheters and wires.
- Reviewing product data to ensure that the sales team is kept up to date on new developments and newsletters regarding VOLCANO or competitors products.
- Provides timely information to the sales team regarding sales opportunities, customer concerns, and issues.
- Close liaison with the sales team to assess the response and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed brochures is being used optimally.
- Assist with the development of the annual marketing and sales plans for controlling investments, promotion and sales aids.
- Assist in preparing product forecasts.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business application of the VOLCANO's product line.
- Controlling and monitoring products expiry dates and inventory levels at central and branch warehouses also at hospitals to ensure supply timelines and nearly expired products replacement.
