Established 5S strategy and applied it to all domestic airports (22 airports) within 3 months.
Trialed a huge facility of cargo terminal 31K Square meters in (King Abdulaziz International Airport) as to evaluate all aspects in terms of systems and facility readiness to ensure all readiness of the terminal as well as training on Operation and Maintenance around 1200 members from different internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
Jeddah & Riyadh Projects were built and operate as international standards and met all requirements of authorities.
Trained 600 operations team on (Operations & Maintained) HHT, MHS, VNA, CSS, and all GSE.
Devised effective strategies that aided in reducing operations costs by 4Million compared to the previous year 2021.
Met all CapEx & OpEx objectives and increased operations revenue by 5 million by creating a storage mechanism.
Created a new revenue stream that generates 4 million a year. Currently planning 2 projects for SAL Logistics to meet the 2030 Vision.
• Designed and implemented innovative Operation Processes and drew them to increase the efficiency for our Operations Team.
• Rearranged and reorganized the entire warehouses at the Jeddah and Madinah Airports by developing a mechanism to reduce storing shipments in order to save space and increase revenue.
