• Act as key finance contact for all contracts within Middle East client base and responsible for ensuring contract revenue complies with GAAP, and how the terms, conditions and schedules within the contract affect the financials
• Determine appropriate revenue treatment for client contracts ensuring accuracy and timeliness of revenue recognition
• Manage client contract backlog (revenue and billing) to ensure accurate projections and cash forecasts
• Responsible for client billing, ensuring proper timing and accuracy of invoices and quick turnaround for credits and assist with cash collections for Middle East client base
• Reconcile client balances - revenue and billing backlog, movements between weekly projections, contracts receivable and third party cost
• Manage client contract milestones by working with sales associates and meeting with clients quarterly to determine appropriate and timelines for milestones and obtaining correct documentation once achieved
• Assist with corporate and statutory audit deliverables as it relates to contract revenue
• Owns team processes (client reconciliation reports, contracts receivable reports, etc) and leads projects across Financial Operations.

• Provides functional support for Infor10 FMS SunSystems to customers within EMEA region.
• Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in required tracking systems.
• Proactively keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability.
• Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing.
• Responsible for providing feedback to Development and liaises with other Departments.
• Focuses on developing knowledge in SunSystems software application or operating environments, Financials.
• Contributes information to the Support knowledge base.
• Manages workload effectively following Global Support Procedures.

• Responding, and serving all client inquiries and prospects.
• Handling all client complaints in a timely manner at the highest quality standards.
• Provide information on all bank products to existing potential clients.
• Selling bank products and services, and generate quality service opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints, either directly or conjointly with the other concerned departments.
• Execute client instructions as per Policy and Procedures.
• Identify and forward customers feedback, and contribute to process improvement.
• Checking and handling fraud reports for both Debit cards and Credit cards.

• Transaction Matching.
• Proper review of Invoices / Approval / Documentation requirements and ensure recording of transactions under the correct category (Expenses / Assets etc.).
• Perform Bank reconciliation.
• Monitor customer accounts and inter-company transactions and ensure reconciled monthly.
• Assist all senior accountants in other fields if needed.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Assist Account Receivable Specialist with preparing Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.

• All Producers’ incentive scheme (Reading & understanding).
• Calculating incentive for the producers.
• Checking producers' aging analysis of outstanding more than six months.
• Maintenance of cash register and bank deposit.
• Customer's statements and Brokers.
• Verification and checking cheques.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Matching customers account.
• Manual Cash receipt, Debit and Credit notes.
• Expenses comparison.
